Every head coach needs a raft of good assistants by his side during the week at training and on the weekend in the coaches box. These six line coaches are in charge of a subset of players to improve their skills:
- Membership staff help with rolls on journeys to earn tickets;
- Events staff help with rolls on journeys to earn fame;
- Marketing staff help with rolls on journeys to earn region coins;
- Venues staff give coaches small bonuses in rubies in some modes;
- Partners officers allow players to develop Leadership and Inspiration talents;
- Merch workers allow players to develop Role and Communication talents.
