Every head coach needs a raft of good assistants by his side during the week at training and on the weekend in the coaches box. These six line coaches are in charge of a subset of players to improve their skills:
- Finance staff help with rolls after matches to earn credits;
- Corporate staff help with rolls after events to earn credits;
- Media staff help with rolls after journeys to earn credits;
- Welfare workers allow players to develop Role and Communication talents from 8 to 11;
- Culture officers allow players to develop Leadership and Inspiration talents from 8 to 11;
- Integrity staff allow players to develop Respect and Guts talents from 8 to 11.
