Every head coach needs a raft of good assistants by his side during the week at training and on the weekend in the coaches box. These six line coaches are in charge of a subset of players to improve their skills:
- Scouts in the Vic Metro, Vic Academy, Vic Country, South Australia, Western Australia and Allies regions add bonuses to your rolls for players from those locations so that you can get players with higher star ratings;
- Personnel management staff increase your maximum players allowed on the list;
- Legends scouts add tickets to your card pack rolls for Legends players.
