Q. What kind of photograph is recommended for the Cartoon Adventure DVD’s?
A. The following are recommended guidelines for the photo of the person to be the star of their own adventure DVD:

• The face is well focused

• The face is not obstructed by any object

• No hats or bows

• No Polaroid, Black and White or sepia photographs

• If mailing us a photo, the face should be at least the size of a 20 cent piece.

• If the star normally wears a ponytail or piggy tails, please submit a photo with their hair down

• JPEG format photos only

Q. Can more than one person be featured in Cartoon Adventure DVDs?
A. No, photo-personalised DVD’s have been developed and designed to be personalised for only one star.

Q. Will the star's first and last name be featured in Adventure DVD?
A. Only the star's first name will be featured in the DVD you have ordered, it will appear on the screen in the movie introduction.

Q. What will the star be wearing in the video?
A. Some of the titles are for both Boys and Girls, in this case,the star will be wearing a gender-neutral costume. In the titles created specifically for either Boys or Girls, the star will be wearing a gender appropriate costume.

Q. For what ages are Cartoon Adventures most appropriate?
A. Cartoon Adventure DVDs are recommended for children 3 and up.

Q.Can I order Cartoon Adventures for an adult?
A. Yes! Children, adults, and even pets would love to star in their own movie! We will accept orders for all ages.

Q. Can greetings be placed in the beginning of Cartoon Adventures?
A. We do not put greetings at the beginning of the DVD.

Q. How will the star's name be used to personalise the products?
A. We use the latest technology to record an image of the star's face and insert it onto the cartoon body. The Star’s name appears on the screen in the movie introduction.

Q. Does Cartoon Adventures come in languages other than English?
A. Cartoon Adventures are only available in English at this time.
